A: The design draft needs to provide original documents such as AI/CDR/PDF. If there is no original design, a clear picture can be provided.
Q: How do you charge for proofing?
A: Start-up fee + mold fee, provide 2-3 samples. If the amount is larger, only provide one sample. If the customer adds multiple samples, the sample fee will be charged separately according to the sample unit price.
Q: How many days does it take to make a sample?
A: Proofing generally takes 7-9 days, and 15-17 days for bulk goods, depending on the complexity of the product design.
Q: After the mold is engraved, can it be modified?
A: After receiving the mold fee, we will arrange the mold technicians to draw a 2D or 3D carved drawing to the customer for confirmation. Before the mold is officially opened, the customer can modify the opinion, and our company can modify the mold if it is technically achievable. In the process of opening the mold for the customer, if the mold is confirmed to be re-quoted and changed due to graphic reasons, the cost of redoing the mold will be borne by the customer.
